About the trail

Daily routes will be up to 60 miles, including flat or rolling stretches on paved trail, stone dust sections, some steep climbs on rural roads, and short sections of either high-speed roads or urban streets that connect the gaps of the off-road trail which call for experienced cycling skills.

View the Cycle the Hudson Valley interactive storymap for a point-by-point guide to the history, views, good eats, and brews you'll find each day on the trail.
