TOUR PRICES

Registration Prices

5-day Ride (Aug 4 to Aug 9)

• Adult: $900
• Youth (ages 6-17): $600
• Child (5 and under): $300

Optional Shuttles

• Beginning of Tour (Monday, August 4) - New York City (34th Street and 9th Avenue) to Hudson Valley Community College, Troy - $125 per person
• End of Tour (Saturday, August 9) - Brooklyn Bridge Park, New York City to Hudson Valley Community College, Troy - $125 per person

Long Term Parking

• Long Term Parking at Hudson Valley Community College for the week of the tour - $25 per vehicle. Note: All vehicles must be parked in HVCC Parking Garage by 8:30 AM on Tuesday, August 5
• No Long Term Parking is provided in New York City

CANCELLATION POLICY & FORMS

Cancelling the Ride - Ride Cancellation Form

To receive a refund of your ride registration and, if applicable, shuttle reservation fee, minus a $200 cancellation fee per person (fees increase after March 31, 2025), you must submit a RIDER REGISTRATION CANCELLATION FORM ⭳ no later than July 7, 2025 . If your refund request is made after July 7, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a credit for next year’s ride. No shuttle reservation refunds or credits after July 7, 2025. No ride registration refunds or credits after July 25, 2025.

NOTE: When canceling both the ride and the shuttle together, you will not be charged an additional fee to cancel the shuttle.

After July 7, 2025, to receive a credit for your ride registration, minus a cancellation fee per person (fees increase after March 31, 2025), you must submit a ride registration cancellation request form no later than July 25, 2025. Credits can be used toward next year’s PTNY Cycle the Hudson Valley bike tour. No credits after July 25, 2025.

Refunds may be issues in check form and can take up to 3 weeks to process.

Cancelling Just the Shuttle

If you're still joining us for the ride but need to cancel your shuttle reservation and receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per person, you must submit a SHUTTLE CANCELLATION FORM ⭳ no later than July 7, 2025. No shuttle refunds after July 7, 2025. There are no shuttle credits.

NOTE: If canceling the entire ride, only ride cancellation fees will be charged, even if your ride included the shuttle.
