What is the hotel rate?
The rate is $149/night, not including taxes.
Is there a cut-off date for refunds?
All refund requests must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday, October 10. Please send refund requests via email to dcarey@ptny.org.
What meals are included?
Wednesday 10/15 - Welcome reception
Thursday 10/16 - Continental breakfast, Deli Sandwiches for Lunch, Buffet Dinner
Friday 10/17 - Continental breakfast, boxed lunch
Is there a charge for parking at the hotel?
Parking is free.
