More Playtime in Parks

Exciting news for park enthusiasts! In late August, NYS committed $2.5 million for improving or building 13 playgrounds across eight state parks. These playgrounds are expected to be ready for use by next year.

New NYS Youth Conservation Corps

New York State announced the creation of the Excelsior Conservation Corps for people ages 18 to 25. Participants will work on environmental projects and gain experience in conservation.
